Pre-Order Policy

Certain products offered on our website may be designated as pre-order items. Pre-order items are not currently in stock and will ship at a later date. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Estimated Fulfillment Timeline
   Pre-order items require additional production and processing time. The estimated shipping window for all pre-order items is 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase. This timeframe is an estimate only and is subject to change due to production or supplier delays.

2. Payment Terms
   Full payment is collected at checkout to secure your pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount at the time of purchase.

3. Order Modifications & Cancellations
   Pre-order sales are considered final. Once production has begun, pre-order items may not be canceled, modified, or refunded, except where required by applicable law.

4. Combined Orders
   If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, shipments may be split at our discretion. In-stock items may ship first unless otherwise indicated. Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

5. Delays and Notifications
   While we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, unforeseen manufacturing or logistical issues may lead to extended delays. Should any significant delay occur, we will notify customers via the email address provided at checkout.

6. Shipping Once Available
   Once a pre-order item is ready to ship, it will be processed and dispatched according to our standard shipping procedures outlined in this Shipping Policy.
